Website and beta sign-up
When you request a beta invite we collect the email address you give us and which products you selected. We use it only to:
- add your Google account to the Seasons closed test on Google Play, if you asked for it;
- email you about the beta and the launch of the products you selected.
Sign-ups are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). We don’t sell or share them, and we delete them whenever you ask.
Seasons for Android
- Chat content: analyzed entirely on your phone. We never receive, store or access your messages, contact names or phone numbers.
- Account (optional): if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo, used only to identify your account.
- Purchases: subscriptions, if any, are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details.
- Usage statistics: only aggregated, anonymous counts, such as how many retrospectives were created. They never include conversation content.
Tecida Desktop
Parsing, embeddings, search and the AI model all run on your computer, and your index is stored in a local file you control. The app connects to the internet only to download its AI models.
Your rights (LGPD and GDPR)
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete any personal data we hold about you. Write to wesleyrios@tecida.com.br and we will reply within 15 days.
Age requirement
Tecida, Seasons and Tecida Desktop are intended only for people aged 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
